Subway - Soddy-Daisy

I placed an online order expecting to pick it up at 5:40, but when I arrived at 6, the food was still not ready despite the app indicating it was. After waiting for over 40 minutes, it became clear that the staff member, who had been working alone for hours, was overwhelmed. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to provide her with some assistance or potentially consider closing temporarily.

This Subway location is the best in the area, without a doubt. I have sensory sensitivities when it comes to food, but the staff here always goes the extra mile to make sure my sandwich is exactly how I want it. It can be really frustrating to have food that doesn't sit well with you because it wasn't made correctly, but that's never a problem here. The staff always gets it right and my experience is perfect every time!

Stella was incredibly kind and made my sandwich exactly as I requested. She was lovely!
