Contribuiți la feedbackI'm really sad that El Charlatan has closed. We went for our 21st anniversary and it was amazing! The chile con queso and tortillas were the best things I've ever eaten. I will always regret not eating here more than once before they closed
Insane eating experience. If you're a fan of ramen, you'll be in for a treat. Definitely a little more pricey but you get what you pay for. The service always feels like you're at a fine dining place, and You're treated to the chef's appetizers that change daily. Great selection and everything feels exciting to eat.
Honestly, the food was AMAZING with great flavor like a home cooked meal. I’ve been to other places and nothing compares to the vibes and taste. My favorite was definitely the sweet potato dessert. They even came with a torch to toast the top. 10/10 experience!Kid-friendliness: They offer three kids menu items which I think is reasonable.
I never write reviews, but was compelled to do so here. Definitely a unique experience. If you are looking for a chain experience, go elsewhere. It is a bit small, but I thought the decor was cute and inviting. I went to the website saw it was reservation only but had no problem booking thirty minutes in advance on a Friday night. So those who docking stars for them not doing their due diligence is a bit silly. The best part of course was the delicious food! I wanted a bit of everything and definitely over indulged. In summation you can’t really go wrong with anything in the menu. Looking forward to going again.
I love El Charlatan in Socorro, Texas! It's such a unique and creative restaurant, and the food is always amazing. I especially love the homemade Ganzito for dessert. It's a vanilla cake with strawberry jam topped with a chocolate glaze, sprinkles, and gold. It's absolutely delicious.I've been to El Charlatan several times, and I've always had a great experience. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The menu features a variety of Mexican dishes with a modern twist, even ramen and baos. There's something for everyone to enjoy.I've tried a number of different dishes at El Charlatan, and I've never been disappointed. Some of my favorites include the tacos al pastor, the enchiladas de mole, and the carne asada. But my absolute favorite dish is the homemade Ganzo for dessert. It's so rich and decadent, and it's the perfect way to end a meal.I highly recommend El Charlatan to anyone looking for a delicious and unique dining experience. The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. And don't forget to try the home made Ganzo for dessert! It's the best!
