El Charlatan - Socorro

Unique fusion of Mexican and Korean cuisine. Some dishes were quite enjoyable, while others didn't quite hit the mark. It's definitely worth a visit to sample and discover what you like!

The flavors at this restaurant are outstanding and innovative. The aguachile was the best I've ever tasted, and the spices in all the dishes were rich and captivating. I highly recommend dining here. The only downside was the seating arrangement. The table for two was quite long and low, which made it challenging to have a conversation and to reach the plates in the center.

El Charlatan never disappoints; the food is incredibly delicious!

This is a beautiful historic building. Chef Lozano creates amazing dishes.

As always this is an amazing dining experience I would recommend to anyone. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy, the food is fantastic and the service is impeccable!
