Suvlachnaya - Сочи

The place itself isn't great, and the staff was terrible. I went there with friends, but the cleaner yelled at us and kicked us out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff seemed unhappy with my arrival. I ordered a chicken club sandwich without cucumbers, but when I opened it at home, I found a ham club sandwich with cucumbers instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The customer service was terrible. The staff were rude and used inappropriate language. We bought two colas to sit with friends in the nearby chairs, but then a loud group came in, and we were ultimately kicked out.

We visited on August 22nd. The wait was long, the food was not tasty, and they even managed to serve us a cold souvlaki. I would rate the service a 2 out of 10. I do not recommend this place.

The shawarma is not really shawarma at all; it's mostly just pickled vegetables, cabbage, carrots, and a couple of pieces of meat... And it costs 300 rubles, which is hard to justify...
