Papa John's Pizza - Snyderville

I could only pre order a non pick up. I showed up at 11:00 and they were able to get my LARGE order out on 20 min. 40 min early. THANK YOU

Terrible customer service. Placed a delivery order, 20 minutes late (so 70min total), delivery person dropped the food at hotel and bolted. They delivered us someone else’s food, which was nothing my kids will eat. Called back, put on hold, then hung up on. Guy on other line put our new order to the top, or so he said...wouldn’t refund our cost.....still waiting on the correct order Really bad

I ordered a pizza and it never came. It was an ETA of 30 min and after an hour, they said, Yeah your pizza has been sitting here for 30 min. Service is sub-par at best.

Pizzas here are awesome. Special mention thin crust veggie pizza with chicken wings along with barbecue sauce. Awesome taste. After spent a long day in hiking near by hiking trail, we tried this pizza and to my disbelief it was awesome. Would recommend for food lovers.

The food was very good but the service was terrible.
