Red Lobster - Snellville

Understaffed, overpriced. Food was terrible mostly. Cheddar Bay Biscuits are really the only saving grace.

The service was great and the food was good. The atmosphere is what seemed a bit dull and a bit unclean.

Manager Aaron was very rude and unprofessional. When asked for a a drink with less ice he decided to give a mixology class and told us that he was licensed bartender and that we actually didn’t have enough ice our drinks which was absolutely a obnoxious …HIGHLY DO NOT

Ordered from the bartender, who has no personality or customer service about herself. My order was wrong not served the way I wanted it. (I ordered a caesar salad with added onions and lemon vinigarette dressing and garlic seasoned crab legs The GM was told but didn't offer any empathy or accomodations, and I was totally dissatisfied. That location is sub par and I won't go back there.
