Pizza Hut Express - Snellville

THE worst Pizza Hut joint BY FAR! It's been about 2.5 hours and no pizza. Absolutely ridiculous.

Two hours later and still no pizza. This is becoming standard with this place. Will never order from here again. Horrible service

I understand that everybody is slow, I understand that everyone is understaffed, but to not let your customers sit and wait for over 3 hours is ridiculous

Worst place to order pizza, what happen to Pizza Hut? I ordered a large pan double pepperoni pizza with a 8 piece boneless wings. I got the pizza but for me it doesn't look like a double pepperoni. And I didn't even got the wings. I called and waited 9 min to speak to someone. I got a credit back with the store not to my bank. And am not even gonna used it.

Placed a pickup order online. I purposely did not leave a top on my card when I paid because I wanted to see the customer service when I picked my order up. Immediately the girl at the counter ruined her tip once I told her my name. She rolled her eyes so therefore my cash tip went with me :
