I Luv Pho Snellville

This was my first experience with Pho, and it was a takeout order. I believe dining in would have improved my experience. The packaging was excellent, keeping everything separate and preventing sogginess. The broth and chicken could have used a bit more seasoning, but overall, I enjoyed it. The spring rolls were absolutely delicious!

I absolutely love this place! I've been here twice, and both times we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. The service is incredibly attentive, making us feel pampered. The Thai tea is served in a large mug, which we ended up taking on the go. The food is absolutely delicious; it alleviates all my stress and pain. I highly recommend trying the Pho when you're feeling tired or achy.

To start, the service was quite poor. Our waiter had a bad attitude and took a long time to seat us. We stood at the door for five minutes before he finally acknowledged our presence. When our orders arrived, one was incorrect, but we ate it anyway. The tables were dirty, sticky, and covered in smudges. The waiter wasn’t very friendly, and when we were ready to leave, he disappeared, forcing us to wait so long that I eventually had to go find someone to get a to-go box and our check. The owners were present, and they gave off a rather pretentious vibe, constantly walking back and forth and lingering in one spot. The soup was quite basic, and there were no options to customize it. Overall, I don’t see myself returning; this feels like a one-time experience.

Solo visit for my craving of Pho! Service was good but slow. I asked for hot tea and got a large glass cup of hot tea. I was worried it would break but it was fine. Fresh veggies, great combination P1 ordered. Meats tender and good flavor. Got the small. Will be back.

I have eaten here many many times since I live in the area and they always find new ways to mess up my order. No matter if your dining in or taking out. I have had to wait 2 hours because they gave my food to another customer, then when I get home the order was WRONG!! I checked all boxes but 1 because I ordered double of one plate and didn't see why the other wouldn't be right if the first was right. I honestly have no plans to visit this place again I rather drive to find Pho. When I was in the store I asked for a manager and they said they didn't have one!! I tried to call and complain about my order and there number is disconnected. Literally the worst!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! I have no clue what they gave me instead. Photo attached.
