Hook Reel Cajun Seafood - Snellville

The place is well decorated, nice and clean! The food was seasoned well! I enjoyed everything that I had. Maryanne, our server was knowledgeable of their menu. She suggested Cajun for my seasoning and glad I listened!

This was my hubby's and I first time visiting. We came on a Sunday between 4-5pm. We were celebrating my birthday that weekend and we had a nice time. The staff is very friendly and down-to-earth! Jasmine was our server and she has the most warming personality! Her smile is infectious and she made you feel at home! We ordered a fish basket and the lobster and shrimp boil. Everything was good and I went with the mild special blend. The seasoning wasn't too bold and that's what I loved about it! It was mild and tasty! I also had the red sangria and it was delicious as well! I was serenaded with a birthday song from the staff and I received this awesome cheesecake! It was sooo good! Afterwards, we wanted to take pictures and they offered to take our pictures! Honestly, this staff as a whole, is one of the best customer services I've experienced in a while! We will be returning! ????

I ordered the reel catch, which was nicely spiced as I requested. Overall, everything was good, but the crab legs lacked sweetness, which I usually attribute to freshness. The crab fries, on the other hand, were delicious and exceeded my expectations. Reggie, our server, was courteous, professional, and prompt. I would definitely come back again.

Today was my first experience at Hook and Reel, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the food and especially with our server, Missy. She made my first visit truly memorable. Just when I thought I couldn’t eat any more, she brought out the dessert. I had the flounder basket, my daughter ordered the seafood spaghetti, and we started with garlic bread and crab bites. For dessert, we indulged in the Caramel Snicker Cheesecake, and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was exceptional. I didn’t manage to snap a picture of the appetizers as they disappeared too quickly! Thank you once again, Missy!

I forgot to take pictures of the food, but everything was absolutely delicious. We went for a birthday dinner, and our server, A, was fantastic; the food exceeded our expectations. They were very accommodating, even though the birthday girl arrived quite late, and they even sang for her. The seasoning places this restaurant among the best seafood spots in the area, and nothing was overcooked. You definitely have to try the crab fries!
