Del Taco - Snellville

I ordered a burrito via delivery from Doordarsh, and my burrito came half made. Its ingredients were spilling out before I even unwrapped it. This level of service is unbelievably poor. Your staff should be ashamed of their level of food prep. I understand the concept of making it fast, I value it being made right above speed. Do better or don't do it at all.

Been to this location twice... The first time I had to wait about 5-10 minutes for service to get cold food. The second time, I waited for about 10 minutes with no communication from anyone. While having the workers just looking at me and my family instead of offering help. Poor customer service, they really need to go out of business at this location!

Thank you for leaving your doors open past 8:00 p.m. because I had to make an emergency stop! Thank you for the delicious french fries that came so quickly also!! I am angry you got rid of your beyond meat tacos.

This store varies in service, from mediocre through abysmal.This time, for example, the staff were sullen, uncommunicative, unhelpful. And it was a long wait despite only one car ahead of me.The food is usually okay, though.

The Hispanic girl (with glasses and spots on her face) who attends the drive-thru window is not a good person, she seems very rude to me, she is located in the Lawrenceville-Duluth taqueria. It's not the first time she behaves like this and we really love the food there but people like that should change.
