Chipotle Mexican Grill - Snellville

Look, considering the volume that these folks do, certainly every now and then they're going to get an order wrong. They're only human nobody's perfect. And again, they're turning lots of volume. I will say, having ordered from here a lot, that I get a five-star meal on average. I highly recommend eating here.

This is the worst location in the area. It’s always dirty, especially outside in the summer, which attracts birds and bees that harass you while you eat. The trash is overflowing 4/5 times i go. They never have any napkins or utensils, always running out of the agua frescas and certain bowl toppings. Not to mention that the area to get utensils is usually a mess as well. They’re also super slow. If the line is any longer than 10 people, expect to have a 15 minute wait before you get to order.

Assistant manager Marelen is very rude and unprofessional. She needs to be fired, for bad attitude. Horrible
