Wendy's - Smyrna

I want to give a big shout-out and a heartfelt thank you to the lady manager who was on duty tonight. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she really went above and beyond to ensure that my order was taken care of. I had gone through the drive-thru and ordered a salad, only to find that it was missing the packet of cashews and included some items I didn't want. When I returned to the restaurant, she immediately made me a new salad with exactly what I wanted. She truly exemplifies excellent customer service. Thank you once again!

I would like to extend my gratitude to the Wendy's on Sam Ridley Parkway West for generously donating 300 cups of chili to the Friends of Smyrna Library for their 'SOUPER' Friends Saturday Membership Drive. As a nonprofit organization, we truly appreciate the support from our community. Thank you once again, Wendy's!

The manager who works lunch shifts during the week is consistently attentive and has a great attitude. Plus, they’re quite attractive! More people should strive to emulate that. The food is always top-notch and served quickly. It’s one of the few places I’ll visit, even when they're busy, because I know they'll get me in and out without delay. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Slop! I ordered eating them and when I got my order, I open my burger to a disgusting mess! I don't expect much, after all, it's an almost food place, but they come up to get it together. I have visited this place once and it is always a bad experience! no longer!

The restaurant was clean and had friendly service. The food was delicious, and the place was well-maintained. I will definitely be returning.
