Taco Bell - Smyrna

The experience has improved since the updates. I ended up having KFC, and it was enjoyable. Plus, the drive-thru attendant was really charming! Haha!

Honestly, save your time and appetite and go somewhere else. This location tends to have some sort of issue almost every time I've visited. My orders are often incorrect, and half the time it seems like Taco Bell is closed. They frequently don't open during normal business hours. The overall 2-star rating, backed by hundreds of reviews, feels justified. Additionally, it’s 2022—almost three years after COVID—and they're still only offering drive-thru service. What’s going on with that? No indoor seating for years?

I really love this place, so I'm not criticizing the food or the overall experience. However, during my last visit, we encountered the most impatient person at the drive-thru. I have two kids, and they need a little extra time to decide what they want to eat. My 16/17-year-old knew exactly what she wanted, but my son, who has disabilities, would be happy to order from the entire menu. It’s important to have patience with families like ours. We need time to help our children choose, and we really hope for a more understanding person at the drive-thru (I refuse to call her a waitress). I know that your shifts are long, often lasting between 8 to 12 hours, and I’ve worked similar jobs before. But I urge you to be more patient with our kids. We’re doing our best to support them, and we appreciate a little understanding in return.

This place is literally awful. After we ordered and payed the lady said to pull into a parking spot which we sat in for 20 minutes. We got are tacos and nothing was right it was almost like we told them to make whatever they want and put it in thebag. I hope this place shuts down. They dont deserve our money.

It was great, then we came home. Then we got sick to our stomach. Here we are, 6 hours later, we are still sick. I just had 3 crunchy tacos. Wife had burrito Supreme. I was wondering why there were no customers there. Staff was nice, foodcame out fast. Guess I can't do Taco Bell.
