Starbucks - Smyrna

A typical dieucks. we visited a coffee and a quick breakfast on Thursday morning. the baristas were friendly and the area was clean. our orders were in an acceptable amount of time and the drinks/foods were good quality. my only recommendation would be to add more comfortable seating options.

It’s not cool to make fun of a paying customer’s order, especially when the customer is sitting right there watching you. Especially when you’ve got a line wrapped around the building. You need to be focused on getting the line down, instead of laughing at someone with your coworkers, simply because they asked for 2 extra pumps in their drink. My drink was also wrong on top of that. No point in doing a mobile order if it’s going to take forever and you’re still going to get the order wrong.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I waited 30 minutes for a loaf of bread and a coffee. What's the point of giving my name if they don’t even call me when my food is ready on the counter? I won’t be coming back!

I am production assistant for the new york mets, every time the mets are in atlanta, I make a few Starbucks runs today, when I flew another car through the parking lot and I hit into the brakes to avoid an accident that spills drinks. the personal has made the order quickly new and offered me hand towels to clean the chaos. I would recommend this Starbucks location definitiw and look forward to more Starbucks runs. thank you died!

The macchiato here is always perfect! I can't recall the barista's name, but he was really nice, and the drink was delightful. Ms. Theresa is the sweetest; she recognized my military service, and I wish her and anyone who has recently joined many blessings.
