Sonic Drive-in - Smyrna

My chili cheese fries were forgotten even after I paid extra for them. The staff assured me they would bring them right out, but I never received them. In the end, I left without getting my order fulfilled.

The meat on our burgers at the Smyrna location of Enon Springs seemed pre-cooked and old, with over-boiled lettuce that may have fallen back into the fat. I observed everything as I work fast. However, the location in La Vergne is always great.

We both ordered BLTs and they were good. The tomatoes were cold, the bacon was warm, and it wasn't just a regular BLT on toast - it was wonderful, all for $14. On July 12th, we returned to the same Sonic and placed the same order (3 BLTs, 2 large fries, drinks). The order was taken, and when we reached the window, a friendly young lady confirmed the order. Unfortunately, when we got home, we realized that one order was incorrect - only one BLT and one fry instead of two. This has happened three times this year, which is disappointing for someone who enjoys eating there often. It was close to 5:00 PM, so I understand that they may have been busy, but it was still frustrating. I considered calling to have the rest of our order delivered, but to be fair, I have had great and efficient service at Sonic multiple times before. Despite this hiccup, the community atmosphere at the Smyrna Sonic is always enjoyable, with delicious food and friendly staff. Can I please pay for the missing BLT and fry with my debit card? I believe I still have the receipt. Overall, Smyrna Sonic is a great place with great food and people. Thank you, Smyrna.

Every sonic we visit makes our frozen limonade with obst aromen different, but this has it great including the addition of lemon slices in them. great job!

Meant to rate 4, not 3.1 of 3 items was wrong, Im sure they would have corrected it if I didn't mention it because the error in flavor ordered/flavor made was still going to be a tasty treat so there was no real complaint.Next order, a few days later, got a right product, wrong (bigger) size. Mentioned it, but also told the food runner, who was very pleasant, that it was no biggie. (Because it was the size delivered on the reciept, meaning had I paid attention to the screen during ordering I would have caught it)The quality of our items have been excellent both trips.If there was a 4.5 I'd rate that, I just can't give 5 stars with 2 errors in 2 orders, but I will definitely be back and recommend to others.
