Mcdonald's - Smyrna

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's. The staff were extremely rude, and the manager did nothing to address the situation regarding my pineapple mango smoothie. The drink tasted off, and when I expressed my concern, the woman at the drive-thru had a very unpleasant attitude. I've ordered this drink many times at other McDonald's locations and it has never tasted this bad. She mentioned they had just changed the bag, but I thought to myself that if that were the case, why did it taste so poor? Despite her rudeness, she handed me the drink with a smile, which felt very insincere. I went inside to speak to the manager, but he was unhelpful as well. Overall, this local McDonald's is the worst I've ever visited.

I'm baffled by how one can mess up a drink ONLY order especially when y'all have a drink machine that does everything for you. Really though... You had one job sweetheart. Large sweet tea, NOT large Coke!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The fries were cold, and the nuggets and burgers were not great either. I really wish they would start fresh and improve their food quality. On August 3, 2020, I decided to give this place another chance since it was conveniently located near the pool we visited, but unfortunately, nothing had changed. I asked the staff to read back my order because I had made some changes, but the lady told me she couldn't do that. I was taken aback by her response. The staff always seems rude and unwelcoming, and I can't help but wonder if they could consider hiring better personnel. After that experience, I headed to the Taco Bell next door, and the staff there were friendly and helpful.

When I drove up to pay, he took my card without saying a word, and the same went for the next interaction at the pickup window, where my food was just pushed toward me without any attempt at communication. If they don't want to work, they shouldn't; but if they choose to, they could at least make some effort. I will definitely not be returning to this location; I don't want to support workers who show such a lack of professionalism. To top it all off, the food was cold and stale. I tried to call the restaurant to voice my concerns, but every time, I was met with a voicemail system that was full and unable to accept new messages—presumably overflowing with complaints from other dissatisfied customers.

The staff was rude. knit by the drive thru and skipped 2 times in the ordering process. when she finally came to me (I had said hi) she rushed me. was over rude. I asked for a honey scold, I would pay for it. she gave me one. I asked for more I gave myself 1 too after I said I would pay
