Laredo Taco Company - Smyrna

Carne asada nachos had 3 shreds of cheese. The carne asada was so hard that it had to have been at least 2 days old.

We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast tacos! As former Texans, we really miss authentic Texas Mexican food, but Laredo Taco did not let us down. The breakfast tacos were made with freshly made flour tortillas and were quite large! The queso was fresh and had a spicy kick. The fresh chips and salsa were delicious—we tried the roja salsa, and it had just the right amount of heat. It was heavenly! We will definitely be ordering from here many more times in the future!

The beans were dry and had a pasty texture. The rice was cold, dry, and clumpy. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery.

The fajita taco was excellent, but the carne asada taco was disappointing. The meat was overcooked.
