The owners of this home in the wall are incredibly kind and run a good shop.My meal of Spicy Tibetan Momo and 2 Veggie Sha-bakleb was over $30 after tip. Well worth the price but not as an everyday lunch spot.
This place is a hidden gem. The Momos (dumplings) are fantastic and come in a variety of styles and flavors. The soup is also warm, rich, and wonderfully spicy if you order it that way. The owner manager who is always there is so friendly and the service is great. We'll be back over and over.
Momo has a special place in my heart from my time in India, often being my go-to for a perfect evening snack or dinner. So, when a friend recommended this Tibetan momo spot, I was genuinely thrilled to give it a shot.We ordered both the vegetable steamed momo and the chicken momo. They were both great, freshly steamed, and served with a delightful spicy sauce. The flavors brought back fond memories of the momo I enjoyed in India. This place comes highly recommended for an authentic momo experience. The service remains quick, the ambiance casual, and it's heartening to know that it's a small business, possibly woman-owned, adding a personal touch to the experience.
Good foods and good service! Found this hole in the wall Asian restaurant on Google. I was impressed. Not too pricey. Clean and pretty.
An amazing hole-in-the-wall that I would have never known about if not for Google. The food was fantastic, delicious and fresh. We talked with the owner, who explained neat little stories about the dishes and how she would try different things (chicken Momo and turkey Momo) because of the difference in availability of ingredients compared to Tibet. The service was amazing, always coming in when needed without feeling so overbearing. The food was quick to be made and piping hot. The atmosphere was very nice, beautiful and cozy.I'd highly recommend.
