Cicis Pizza - Smyrna

I was disappointed by my recent experience at this restaurant. Out of the staff, only two were working, and the cashier gave me a disapproving look when we asked for just one water with our two dinners. There were no sauces available, and nearly all the drinks were out of order, leaving just one bottle of Dr. Pepper presumably for customers to share. The staff's attitudes were quite negative and unfriendly. The pasta station was completely cold, and I even heard another customer voice their dissatisfaction about it. The food itself was only passable at best, with some items looking quite unappetizing. I've noticed a decline at many Cicis locations, and after just a small plate, I was genuinely unsettled by the cleanliness of the restaurant. I won't be returning to this location; it felt like a waste of money.

When I arrived, the place was almost empty, with only two other customers. The salad bar was insufficiently stocked, and there was hardly any pizza or dessert available on the buffet. The soup was also empty, and the alfredo sauce looked like it had been there since the previous day. I ordered two specialty pizzas for our table, but neither was prepared correctly. The restroom was in a filthy condition. I could understand these issues if the restaurant had been busy, but given how empty it was, there's no excuse for such poor management. As someone with 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I can confidently say that this was unacceptable.

There is an ample supply of fresh pizza, and they consistently have hot, ready-to-eat pepperoni available. This location is far superior to the one in Antioch.

The staff and manager at Supper are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed delicious, hot pizza and dessert.

I recently had my first experience with all-you-can-eat pizza, and it was fantastic! Cici's Pizza offers a variety of appetizers, including chicken soup, followed by an endless selection of pizzas. They have an impressive array of options, such as BBQ chicken, beef, veggie, pepperoni, cheese, and various combinations. When you've had your fill of pizza or if you're in the mood for a break, they also offer desserts. I particularly enjoyed the brownies, though there were other sweet options available as well. They keep everything warm, which ensures it’s delicious. All of this is available for under $10 if you include a soda, or around $7 without it. I really appreciated the service and loved the pizza, so I highly recommend this place!
