Burger King - Smyrna

The prices are fantastic, and I enjoy bringing my kids there to play. The indoor play area is always clean and has a nice size, providing enough room for several children to play while still having plenty of space.

The French toast and hash browns were served piping hot and absolutely delicious! I didn’t catch the name of the young Caucasian lady with tattoos, but she provided outstanding service. Despite having to handle drive-thru orders, bag the orders, prepare drinks, and give me the extra condiments I requested, she managed it all with a positive attitude. It seemed like quite a lot of work for one person; they could definitely use more staff. I truly appreciate her dedication!

All the staff were active and on their toes today at this Burger King, which was well-prepared for the lunch rush. The food was hot and fresh. I appreciate you allowing me to use my two coupons at your location. Thank you!

Well my grandson wanted Burger King (w/ playground) so we went here to get him some chicken nuggets and fries. Unfortunately the playground was closed. Restaurant was clean and bright. The front counter person was friendly. Took our order, gave us our cups for the 50,000 types of coke products machine lol and we were off to find a socially distanced place to sit. Order was up fairly quickly and everything was as expected. Sign saying refills required a new cup, just ask at counter. Everyone wearing mask. Preparers had gloves and mask. Tables blocked for proper distancing. Everything was as should be expected. Fries were a little on the limp side. Usually better than today. All and all everything was fine and everything being done for everyone's safety.

I placed a very straightforward order: a Whopper with cheese, no tomato, along with onion rings. For the second order, I requested the same soft drink without ice, but instead I received a Whopper without cheese and with tomato! Additionally, the drink was completely full of ice. It’s frustrating to think about how much they charge per hour, only to mess up my order like this. It's completely unacceptable and absurd!
