Taqueria Los Agaveros #2 - Smithville

Changed ownership again...really like Juan his family and the food is great. However they need to do something about the tall skinny waitress, always very rude and very impersonable.

I visit Arkansas sometimes and I'm so glad my friend recommended this taco spot! I got fajita and pastor tacos with a mandarin Jarrito. The green sauce is bomb on your food! Service was good too. At first it looked like a pay-grab-n-go type of place but the cashier/server brought out our food and we paid at the end. Try it out!

Have been here several times and has never disappointed. Friendly service with amazing food. Haven't ventured past the street tacos but don't see a need to. Flavor is great at a reasonable prince $1.25 a taco! I average visiting once a week and will continue to do so.

Underwhelming. We first visited twice prior to the pandemic (circa 2019 when they first opened for business). Both times we sampled multiple menu items. Back then, this was the best taqueria we ever enjoyed outside of Guadalajara, Mexico! Meanwhile, our latest two visits (June July 2021): While it is authentic fare and prepared quickly, flavors did not taste authentic at all. We can absolutely taste a huge difference in all of the menu items we tried. Perhaps due to the pandemic they are experiencing supply issues or struggling to stay afloat and cutting corners? These are just guesses because I seriously doubt they would purposely lower the quality in exchange for higher margins. We also were surprised to discover the prices have gone up. We will visit again soon and hopefully the full bold authentic flavors will return. If you are reading this and do try their food, please add your comments!

Wow we work nearby and love it. The food is amazing! Very friendly service and they now have a frequent customer card that I will be using in no time. Sooooo good.
