Pizza Hut - Smithville

If I could, I would give this restaurant 0 stars. I ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. When I went to pick it up 20 minutes later, I was informed that they had no record of my order. I double-checked the number I had called and confirmed it was correct. The staff showed no interest in helping me locate my order. Overall, a terrible experience.

The last time we ordered pizza from Pizza Hut in Smithville, we were pleased with the quality but found the price to be quite high. However, this time we were disappointed to find that the pizzas had very few toppings on them. We ordered two medium "specialty" pizzas for $40.00 and were not impressed.

This was my third and final time experiencing issues with my orders at this restaurant!!! I ordered two different melts, which I had never tried before, and couldn't tell if they were correct when I picked them up. When I got home, I realized they were both the same!!! I will no longer be giving them my business and will be going to Pizza Shoppe instead.

Great pizza fast, and the people are very polite and kind.

Ordered online for pick up at the window. Arrived a few minutes after the time they quoted that my food would be ready, to learn that they hadn’t even started preparing my food. Quoted that I’d have to wait a further 12 minutes. Had to wait next to the pickup window for over ten minutes for a manager to refund the order. If I had known it would take that long to find a manager, I would’ve just waited for the food. Never got a refund receipt, just a promise that it’d be back on my card in 1-2 business days. This was ridiculous. Don’t offer promise times if you can’t deliver on the promise, or at the very least make it right with the customer if things go wrong.
