Nino Pizza Smithville

Picked up a medium pepperoni pizza and it only took them 10 minutes to cook. They use one of those conveyor belt ovens. The cheese and pepperoni were good, but the crust was too puffy and thick, and tasteless. I consider this a small step above Little Caesar's, it's pretty plain. The place doesn't have much of an area to sit at, it's very tiny. Staff was friendly.

Ordered pizza and wings for pick up, the delivery driver took our wings for delivery, and the staff laughed about the mistake THEY had made as if it was a joke. The delivery driver completed all his delivery orders before returning back 15-20 minutes later with our wings that were barely in the container by the time they rolled around in his car for his deliverys.We order here quite a bit and the service is usually good but this experience is making me second guess ordering from Ninos again.UPDATEWhen I finally got home, the pizza was ice cold along with the wings. We called and spoke to the manager (who was there during the entire ordeal) and advised him of the situation. He was apologetic and offered to make us a new pizza and wings (that we of course had to go pick up ourselves because delivery would have taken an hour), when my wife went to pick up, the manager spoke to her and continued to apologize and said he was trying to figure out why I was standing there to begin with (but did not ask me why, because I would have gladly told him). I do appreciate the effort to try to compensate us but I feel as though the entire situation could have been handled better, especially because I asked one of the girls cashing me out if there was anything they could do to compensate for the poor service and she did not even ask the manager or make an effort but rather made excuses.All in all, I am raising my review to a 3 star.I do feel that the staff should be more considerate of customers and should own up to there mistakes rather than making a joke of it and making excuses.As I've seen there have been some poor reviews lately, my advice to the owner is do your best to take care of your customers, I know things can be busy and stressful and I 100% understand that, but without the customers you wouldnt have your business, especially in a small town.I look forward to a better experience in the future if we choose to continue to be repeat customers.

Tastiest pizza ever in India Style , the staff is very welcoming .

DISAPPOINTED.We live locally to Nino 's Pizza and we are extremely disappointed with this place! The pizza is okay , nothing special. We 've ordered delivery many times; firstly the delivery charge is $8.00 tax) and tip... steep delivery charge, secondly, the order consistently takes an HOUR to be delivered. The last time we ordered Nino 's pizza for delivery, the pizza was COLD. Today 's delivery took an HOUR AND 25 MINUTES. We called in to inquire about the status of our delivery and the employee said, you 'll probably get it soon and then HUNG UP when I was mid-sentence in responding. We will not be a returning customer.

If I could leave a zero star I would.Sadly we order a pizza from here for some friends we had over. Ordered meat lovers pizza and the meat potion size was like a pepperoni pizza. Spent $48 for a party pizza. We are very shocked. Disappointed in the company for their poor customer service skills. Recommend the other pizza places in town.
