Mamee's Kitchen Authentic Jamaican Cuisine And Catering

If no one would recommend this place, the food looks good, but is far from it. The wings I had were dried out. The rice had a funny vinegar taste on it, Mac n cheese? had no taste on what ever. Jamaican? Eat, I don't think I want to try it again.

If you don’t enjoy generous servings of incredibly tasty Caribbean cuisine, then this restaurant may not be for you. However, if you're looking for great food and excellent service, you should definitely give it a try. This was my first visit, but I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in town. The owner was warm and welcoming, and the food was simply perfect in every way. The dishes, the tenderness of the meat, and the sides were all fantastic!

Wow, I was really impressed! We visited during restaurant week. Just a heads up: I don't think the Mac and Cheese is the main draw here. However, everything else—like the beans and rice, Ruck Chicken, plantains, oxtails, and patties—was outstanding! Mamee’s is definitely on par with the best Jamaican restaurants in Columbus. Give it a try! It’s a small place to dine in, but perfect for takeout.

WOW... the food was so good and you get your money too. And they host the lemonade they've made is just the bomb. I have to try to get people you don't get disappointed with the food or the lemonade. Great place to eat and something else. Great atmosphere and very friendly people too. Your business was also very clean. I will definitely go back to her house.

Wow. Just W O W. I seriously have no words. I cook a lot, myself. I?m a huge foodie and I know unique spices when I taste them. Lawd!! My taste buds were popping the moment I took my first bite. They make it fresh so if you?re picking up a to go plate, she might ask how long until you get there or take a little longer when you get there to have your order ready. And that?s because her food is HOT FRESH We ordered the dinner size jerk chicken with plantains and Mac Cheese and two orders of dinner size oxtails with plantains and cabbage. This was honestly the best jerk chicken and oxtails I?ve had. You HAVE to try Mamee?s Kitchen or you?re seriously missing out!!
