my place - Smiths Falls

We like to go to family restaurants instead of big chains.We visited this restaurant 5 or 6 years ago and re-visited in Oct 2023.Same quality food , generous portions , friendly staff , good atmosphere.Food was delicious , fresh , like home-made.I highly recommend the homemade Goulash !

The schnitzel and dumplings were excellent, my favorite place to eat when I'm in town.

My wife and I just happened upon this quaint little restaurant by accident. Our waitress was great, a true asset to the owner. We opted for their specials. Absolutely outstanding food. We started with their Madras soup, the best soup we 've ever had, absolutely beautiful and for it alone we would return often. We also had their chicken fingers, and trust me they are beyond belief. Topping the meal off was apple strudel and black forest cake, made in house. My wife being of Austrian descent was amazed at the studel, much like her mothers, and I was delighted with the cake.We will be back and I can 't recommend enough that it My Place Restaurant is a must go to.

The food here is incredible. It's not stuffy or pretentious, but it still offers high quality dishes at a reasonable price. It's no surprise that this restaurant is consistently ranked at the top in San Francisco.

The food was excellent with very reasonable price. It exceeded our expectations and will come back later.Parking: You can park right in front of the restaurant.
