The Ice Cream Place - Smithfield

I’m extremely picky about my ice cream; I won’t settle for just any kind. It needs to be the very best, or it's not worth it. And this ice cream? It’s a must-try! It’s superior, wonderfully delicious, and the creamiest I’ve ever had. You need to experience it for yourself soon! My son had a banana split with three huge scoops of ice cream—Black Raspberry, Chocolate, and Coffee Fudge Royal—along with black raspberry sauce, fudge, and caramel sauce, banana, whipped cream, walnuts, and, of course, cherries. That was huge as well, and he said it was awesome. So go now and get yours! Two thumbs up!

I ordered a large old-fashioned chocolate cone, but the ice cream was so gooey that it wouldn’t stay on the cone. They ended up giving me the melted mess in a cup with the cone on top. They didn’t mention that the ice cream was gummy and melted; they simply handed it to me and told me it was melted. I would have appreciated it if they had informed me that the ice cream wasn’t solid, as I would have chosen a different flavor that wasn’t so gummy.

The ice cream here is incredibly delicious. There's a sign above one of the windows explaining the differences between gelato and ice cream, and it makes us want to try both now. My single scoop was huge—way more than I expected. But honestly, that just means it was just about perfect!

The Ice Cream Place in Smithfield is amazing! I tried several different flavors, and my daughter really loves the non-dairy choices they offer. The view from the lawn in the back is lovely. This is definitely another wonderful summer memory for us!

I absolutely adore this place; it's conveniently located near home and always serves the best ice cream!
