Starbucks - Smithfield

This particular Starbucks is significantly slower than any other Starbucks I've ever been to. They are SO slow it's unbelievable. Starbucks always has the best customer service in my opinion. Not at this one! The staff is always miserable, and moves at a snails pace. It's hard to understand how they can't keep up when many I go to are staffed well, friendly and I almost never wait more than a reasonable few minutes and they're just as busy!!

This has to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Half the time they don't get the order right and when that happens the drive up line gets backed up onto 44. Horrible drive up is meant to be fast not slow.

Absolutely atrocious service 45 mins in line didn't even end up with a coffee this location should be shut down and burned to the ground

This is the closest Starbucks to my house and since i work overnights i tend to get coffee right after they open or an hour or so before close. This has been my go to store because they were open until 8 and i get coffee before work most nights. But the past month they have been closed well before their usual time and i am now seeing they have updated their hours to be closed at 5pm which is great to know they finally have that up to date because for weeks i would show up for my coffee and they would be closed. The hours were incorrect for weeks. Just wanted to let people know their hours are not reliable so be careful if you are planning to get a coffee soon to closing time. On top of that their service is the bare minimum and their line is always outrageous. It's so much easier to just take a stop at target and get a coffee there as the Smithfield workers are great and always make great drinks!

This Starbucks sucks. The line is always insane because they closed the inside and mobile orders, their staff is never friendly or welcoming, and they consistently don't want to accommodate order requests. Every time I go I hope it will be better, but every time I go they instead confirm their bad customer service.
