Sonic Drive-in - Smithfield

Says open until midnight but it's 10:31 and they are closed. What a joke. All lights are off but there are people dancing in the kitchen....

The food was all wrong ! Tried to give me the wrong flavor drinks and forgot some items place is going down hill

Placed a mobile order, they claimed they never received it, I showed them my confirmation of the order and had proof my card got charged and the managers only solution was for me to call customer service to get a refund rather than just make the food. He definitely has zero experience with customer service and I'm quite honestly not sure how he's a manager. Will not be returning here in the future.

I come here for the ocean water. It's sprite with blue raspberry syrup and coconut. The loaded tots are good, too.

Didn’t get to try the food. I waited at a spot then went to drive thru. 3 cars on the opposite side went and nobody said anything to me so I left. Shame. Won’t be coming back.
