On the way there, we got a notification that our order was canceled. When speaking with employees, we were toldthey stop making orders and start cleaning an hour before they close. Employees were very dismissive and unapologetic.
We are always taken care of. The amazing management and pleasant staff have represented the Domino?s brand well. Appreciative.
The delivery was awesome but, Carson's lazy 90/10 cut on the sandwich was unprofessional.
The staff is always friendly and eager to provide excellent service with a smile. The atmosphere is enjoyable, making it one of the best places to dine in the area.
The service here is incredibly slow! The app may promise a 35-minute delivery time, but it actually takes about 90 minutes. When I called to speak with the store manager, he confirmed that my food had been sitting on the shelf for 45 minutes and mentioned it would be at least another 20 minutes before it arrived. If the food quality is not up to standard when it finally gets here, he suggested I call him to address the issue – but honestly, that’s not much consolation. This isn’t the first time I've experienced this. With a $6 delivery fee plus tip, they should be able to hire reliable drivers. If that's not possible, they really need to update the app! I live less than a block away from Papa John’s and have never encountered a problem with them.
