Burger Phactory - Smithfield Plains

I've always been really impressed with the food here. The burgers are excellent, the buns are really tasty, and the chips and wedges are perfectly crispy. I usually order the sexy burger, and it's always delicious.

I received my chips, and they were cold and overly greasy, giving the impression that they had been sitting out for a day or even reused from another table. They were simply horrible. My chicken carving was burnt on the edges, which made the chicken dry. The piece of chicken was so thin it could have been thrown like a Frisbee, and the bacon wasn't cooked properly. This was the worst meal I've ever ordered. I usually don't write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to share it, hoping it helps others avoid the same issues.

The fish was overcooked and tasted rubbery. The salad consisted of half a very thin slice of tomato, two small pieces of onion, and a tiny wedge of bell pepper, along with some wild greens. There was no dressing or seasoning to enhance the flavor. Overall, it was not worth the money, and the meal was not enjoyable.

We ordered for the first time last night. burgers were amazing. so soft and fresh, tweepering rings were the best we had in one and the ribs were so tender and beautiful! only the problem we had, the chips were cold, that is.

Food was vey average, Burger tasted okay wasn't anything I was blown away by.
