Mustiis Kebab & Pizza - Smithfield

I can't believe this restaurant is still in business. While I was eating my food, I saw a worker replace the large rotating chicken drum that slowly cooks the meat. Unfortunately, when he removed the cling wrap from the frozen cylinder of chicken, a significant amount of blood dripped onto the cooked chicken. It was clear that the chicken had been thawing overnight. This place should be closed down. In addition, my kebab plate was disappointing - it only had raw onions, iceberg lettuce, no hummus (even though it was shown in the picture), and chicken that was inedible. The presentation was also unappetizing, with soggy bread mashed into the meat. I plan on reporting this restaurant to the NSW health inspector.

The kebab plate I ordered only had raw onions, iceberg lettuce, no hummus as advertised, and inedible chicken. Not to mention the presentation was terrible, with soggy bread mushed into the meat. I am considering reporting this place to the health inspector in NSW.
