Caffe Primo Munno Para - Smithfield

I went here with my daughter and two grandchildren, my daughter ordered first then i went up after her and ordered.My daughter and the children got their meals and then as I sat for the next half hour watching people get their orders before mine.I know there was one lady before me and that's ok. I then went up to the counter and said I haven't got my meal yet,I was informed that mine was a separate order and that it would take longer as i hadn't put my order onto my daughters,the said person went to see chef and then came back and said there cooking it now,the said person was very apologetic and offered me a free drink mmmm why did they have to be reminded to cook it.They should have already been cooking it, I wasn't happy. I received my meal and it did look great BUT it was quite chewy, probably cooked it to quick :( we won't be returning.

Had coffee and cake while waiting for a car to have the aircon regassed. Coffee was burnt and the cake was dry.

Great place to meet friends for lunch. I recently meet a friend for lunch there we ate from the daily specials board. They offer free garlic bread to have with your meal.

Great range of food choices - meat, chicken, seafood, pasta, risotto, pizza, sides, kids meals, open grills as well as lunch and dinner specials - the steak was cooked to perfection, the carbonara was delicious and also the chicken Caesar salad - will definitely be back again - highly recommend A+

What a truelly unpleasant experience i had today. thought to have a nice meal with my brother here, instead it turned out to be one of the most embarrassing episode of my life! of all the employees, the duty manager decided to spruik up her day by coming over to me with a baby bottle filled with milk and shoves it infront of my face while making a wild scene. then she decides to pickup my knife and fork, cuts my food into small portions and tries to feed it to me while laughing hysterically. WOW, WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!all this between two unknown people! what type of welcome do regular customers get? if there are any that go back to the munno para store?definitely wont be returning to any store, anytime soon or in the near future, thats for sure.
