Pinewood Hotel - Slough

The food was average, my steak was good and my partner had the pork belly, which was just okay. The skin wasn't very crispy and the portion was small. They didn't have the wine we wanted from their menu and we had to wait quite a while between courses for them to serve us. It's not a terrible place to eat, so if you're staying in the hotel it would be a decent option, but it's not worth going out of your way to visit.

The Pinewood Hotel is very local after visiting for the Sunday lunch in January we decided it was so good,we needed to return. For £10 it is the best Sunday roast! Absolutely lovely.

We had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was attentive and we would highly recommend it to our friends and others.

Another lovely Sunday lunch at the Pinewood! Never fails to deliver, we both chose the Roast Beef lunch on this occasion, which comes served atop roasted root veg, roast potatoes and a Yorkshire pud, with the richest gravy imaginable. Served with a creamed horseradish sauce and English mustard, it really can't be beaten as a real taste of England! We also enjoyed a sweet, which was yummy but could have been a larger portion size! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Disappointing! The service was very slow and most of our order was incorrect, including the wrong bottle of wine. There was a loud wedding next door, and in an attempt to drown out the noise, they played music so loudly in the restaurant that it was difficult to have a conversation. The food was good, but the kids' meals were overpriced. £8.00 for a small portion of fish and chips (and they even forgot the peas!) I wouldn't come back, unfortunately.
