Metro is just Metro. What can I say? It wasn’t anything special, but it wasn’t bad either. My main issue is with their website. A few weeks ago, my wife found a charge on our debit card from New York, so we disputed it. Since then, we haven’t been able to place an order through their site. We even tried adding a card number, but that was rejected too. It reminds me—I need to call Subway to clarify this situation. I don’t think this is the fault of the local franchise at all. Now, I guess it’s time for me to focus on the elections.

I really love this subway! The woman who is always working when I visit is incredibly sweet and even remembers my preferences, even if it's been weeks since my last visit. She definitely deserves a raise! It's hard to find such excellent customer service these days, but this place truly stands out!
