Just left from this location. My smoothie taste a bit off, (it?s cool though, like whatever) but idk whyyyy Bailey was so rude like... if you do not like your job, Quit. ???
I go through 3-4 smoothies a week while working in Metairie. I came to this location on the weekend since I live here. I order the exact same thing literally every time I go to a Smoothie King.....this was by far the worst. Watered down, hardly any taste. Shame, it's so close to home. Gave it 3 chances and each time, smoothie was terrible. I'd recommend ensuring your employees are trained to make the smoothies right.
I visited this morning, and there was nobody present despite the lights being on.
I decided to cancel my order and handed my $100 bill to the young woman at the register, who I later learned is named LoLo. She informed me that she couldn’t accept my bill because she didn’t have enough change. I was surprised and asked if it’s a policy at Smoothie King to not accept $100 bills. LoLo responded that it should be. I then asked for her name and the manager's name. After that, she took a marker from a cup to verify if my bill was real. Finally, she completed my transaction and gave me my change. It seems that employees are instructed to check large bills for authenticity, but this experience was frustrating and highlighted a lack of customer service that I’ve noticed increasingly in our society. It’s disheartening, and as a result, I’ve decided not to return to Smoothie King again.
