Fuji Yama - Slidell

Fuji Yama was a good experience. I didn't expect a Hibachi grill in Slidell to offer this great experience. I recommend this grill for the whole family. The food was good. We ordered it. Good amount of food as we celebrated with lace, it was about 130. Look at this place!

Food and service was great! And the birthday surprise left both of our birthday guys smiling! A kids menu and drinks menu is available. The Fuji Yama drink is not that great but the Passionate Kiss is DELICIOUS!! If you have a large party there will be a wait if they're busy.

So we’ve been going to Fuji Yama for couple of years now and it’s the only Japanese hibachi restaurant we’ll ever patronize in Slidell area. When we dine in, it’s always the hibachi option but last nite, we end up doing a takeout and tried quite a few sushi options $40) and their hibachi dinner combos, chicken and shrimp $21) and Chicken and scallops $22) and the seafood combo $37) for 5 people and it was good. The food came with soup and salad. The staff is polite, courteous and prompt. Their are quite a few pretender Japanese restaurants in the area but I won’t recommend ‘em.

Didn't want to leave a review until we had been there more than once.. great food and hibachi chefs are very entertaining! We had hibachi at the tab once and at a regular booth along with several rolls..

My daughter and I loved the food here. Great hibachi and tempura. Food was seasoned well. Lunch specials were more than enough food for anyone.
