Beignet Au Lait - Slidell

This charming little hidden gem is a must-visit! I love discovering spots like this when I travel. The Beignet Au Lait is absolutely fantastic! The food here is incredible, and the staff is wonderful!

Edit: In response to your unprofessional reply, I suggest you take a business class on customer service. Many reviews point out the same issues along with your poor attitude. Rather than addressing concerns, you provide a rebuttal to every negative review instead of simply acknowledging the complaint and considering the feedback. In my 21 years of running a business with over 600 five-star reviews (and only one four-star), I have never responded to customers in the way you do. You highlight the positive reviews, but what about all the negative ones that specifically mention your terrible attitude? You really need to work on improving your demeanor.

The beignets are overcooked, and Café Ole uses milk instead of hot cream. The service and atmosphere are pleasant, and the prices are reasonable provided those issues weren't present. However, given what they serve, the prices feel a bit high.

Definitely try the beignets! The overall ambiance of the place is pretty simple, but those beignets are absolutely delicious.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food was delicious, and the cookies and cream frozen coffee was amazing! *Wink*Wink*Nudge*Nudge* They also have these incredible beignet bites that were so good, I almost choked from devouring them too quickly.
