This restaurant is truly fantastic! From the outstanding customer service to the top-notch quality of their pasta, everything was perfect. My order was delivered promptly, and they provided helpful tips on how to keep the food fresh. Their website offers a wide selection of different pastas, including freshly made egg noodle spaghetti, ravioli, penne, and more, along with the option to create fresh pesto! Initially, we were a bit hesitant and only ordered spaghetti and mushroom ravioli, but we were pleasantly surprised by both the quantity and quality of what we received. The delivery arrived early on Thursday, exactly when it was supposed to, and came in a nice bag with cooking instructions as well as tips on how to store any leftovers (not that leftovers were a concern!). They even included advice on how to freeze the pasta if needed along with the expiration date. I hosted a dinner party and usually rely on a specialty shop in NYC when I'm there on business—remember those days when flying was the norm? I might need to jog my memory about what that was like! This pasta rivals anything I would protect fiercely from TSA and Delta personnel. In short, I would give this place as many stars as there are in the universe if Yelp would let me. It’s wonderful to see a new artisan business in the area, and I believe they will become a tremendous success. As we all spend more time at home, this is an excellent way to enjoy some of the tastiest carbs on the planet!
