Napoli's Pizzeria - Slate Hill

Avoid eating. The place is abused by two teenage girls. A friend who is not a computer sovy, asked me to make an assessment in his name. He told me in detail how he received a recommendation that the food was good there, but what was not revealed was that the person 't Dine in the restaurant and ordered takeout or delivery. My friend went there with his wife and first ordered coffee and the teenage waitress said we don't sell coffee. Water with lemon was requested twice as the teenage waitress who had no other din-in customers did not bring the water in a reasonable time. Full meals of soup, salad and main dishes were ordered. There was a whole discussion whether they sold cups or bowls soup, a legitimate question in any real restaurant. The waitress was unclear and returned with a plastic container to demonstrate the size of the amount of soup they sell, rather than just reporting that they sell bowls of soup. Next she brought the salad and then the main dishes were brought together with the soups! My friend told her that the soup should be brought first and not together with the leading actors and the soup should be taken back because it was no longer wanted or needed. After too much discussion, the untouched soup was finally removed from the table, but it was immediately returned to the table in a paper bag. Again my friend told the manager to remove the bag because the soup was not brought in time and they didn't want it. My friend asked for the bill and was, keep your seats, actually for the two cups of water that was never revealed that they are charged for water and also for the soups that were not delivered or touched in the right order. Without saying any business that has dissatisfied teen manager and waitress, my friend will not see the business again in any form or form. There are numerous other pizza restaurants in the area that can actually have owners or adult management who understand that without customers there is no business.
