Vienna House Andel’s Prague - Slany

The hotel is located on a perfect location not far from the city center, it is very easy and quick to get from it to all main attractions. it is a large hotel and very popular. the rooms are comfortable and pretty with large windows, free wlan. the breakfast is very tasty! recipeists are all very helpful and attentive, they speak well English as Russian and I even heard Portuguese.

The Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The conference facilities were very good as an attendee with well designed rooms next to the restaurant area. The bedroom was light and airy being a corner room with windows on two sides. It was quiet.

The customer service was outstanding! Michel welcomed us when we checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. Staff made us feel welcome and provide helpful hints and suggestions for our 2 days in Prague. Even made sure we had reliable transportation to the airport! Kudos to the entire staff!!

Everything was perfect. Room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast! There was one minus tourist tax about which there was no information when making the reservation. Still, the hotel deserves a 5 star quality to price ratio. Highly recommend

Nice hotel, with very decent dining. The room was rather well insulated from the outside (I had a window to the street) but not so much from the inside (I was able to clearly follow a discussion on the corridor). Excellent was the fact that the refreshment for the coffee breaks (during the conference) was available all the time, not only during the scheduled break itself. This is not usual, and it was very positively commented by participants (and myself). I would have no problem to recommend the hotel for a stay or for a conference organisation.
