Smokey's Brewery - Skykomish

We stopped here on our way to the Great Northern and Cascade Railway steam trains. The BBQ is better than what I've had in Seattle. The brisket had a nice smoke ring, the ribs were our favorite, and the sides were all good (cowboy caviar, collared greens and green beans were my favorites). The staff are super friendly and welcomed our group of three families with kids. Of course, the kids loved their post meal free ice cream. They serve the PNW Tillamook. They also have a large outdoor seating area. We would definitely come back!

I had brisket and two kinds of pork ribs.The brisket was chopped, which I don't like. But I didn't ask when I ordered so it was not their problem.Both back ribs and spare ribs were very tender. They have smoke rings but not very strong smoky flavor.Overall, the price was good for the good BBQ. I'd recommend stopping by.

This is a great place, my husband, brother and I stopped here for food because it was the only thing open on Memorial Day and they were open.. I loved everything we ate! Definitely my new favorite:

Made a quick stop and couldn’t be happier. “This might be the best brisket I’ve ever had.” said a person at our table. Sorry, pictures of food are not great because we basically could not resist to start eating before we remembered to take photos for the review. Our new favorite place on Hwy 2!They also have a store in South Cle Elum at 801 Milwaukee Ave .

The best pulled pork sandwich ever! The service was fast, the food was hot and delicious and the employee friendly. I would go out of my way to stop here again for lunch. The ice cream is an added bonus.
