Good, location and park view, very expensive for average service and eating

Nice place in the central park. The coffee is good but the food is average or below average.

We called a day earlier to reserve for 14 persons, we asked to be seated outside under shadow and asked if they had a specific meal (corba). - - - - - - - - What happened: They sat us in the sun! They did not have the meal we preorded and they charged us for unnessessry addition we did not order!

The restaurant was very empty on a sunny sunday morning, so even though we didnt have a reservation asked for a table in the sun. The staff was rude and didnt give one of the MANY empty tables. I do not understand the point of not making you guests happy and satisfied.

It was very disappointing. This was my second visit, I thought maybe the previous time was a one time thing, but the same problems prevailed. When we needed the waiter we had to wait for a very long time since there are only 2 for the whole place, as far as I could see. And during my previous visit even though we sat next to the waiters station there were no waiters for 20minutes. Also this place is more expensive than other restorants of this calibar and the food is no match for the price, very subpar. We even got stomach issues the minute we left, it felt like a food poisoning. And the portions...The meat came only with 2 small baked potatoes.. that was the only garnish, so we ordered extra potatoes and they were as expensive as the meat ?!? Why?For that price I am expecting garnish, at least couple of peas rolling around. And after asking to pack a doggy bag when I opened it at home surprise the huge roast was missing. Only the sad potatoes and another tiny piece remained. Overall I wouldn't go there again.
