Canyon Matka - Skopje

Delicious for Vegetarians, especially the Pasta with Truffles Alfredo Sauce. For Vegans: depends. There’s one vegan dish (chickpeas coconut) but if that‘s not your taste, you won‘t be able to ‚veganize‘ other dishes our waiter said everything will only be served like stated on the menu.

We had a server Milan and he was incredible rude. Did not bring drinks out until the meal was already served. The order was made incorrectly and put mozzarella in the salad. He did not try to accommodate any alternative food choices and kept saying only what was on the menu. And I did speak Macedonian so there was no language barrier. My recommendation is to have some coffee at the side bar and find a different spot for food.

I had a couple of drinks and the scenery was beautiful I saw food coming out and it didn't look great so avoided Server looked a bit angry when asking for the bill.
