Noodles Company - Skokie

Horrible! We had to wait 45 minutes passed our pick up time. Why use curbside pickup. This order was just pasta! Employees had no idea what they were doing. Besides that the restaurant inside was not clean. I will Never come back!

We were the first customers to arrive, and I immediately noticed that the tables were unclean, with crumbs left on them. The front doors also appeared dirty. I typically order Pad Thai, but today I decided to try the Asian salad. Unfortunately, the salad contained poor-quality ingredients, including wilted brown lettuce and kale, alongside some brown avocado. The ginger dressing only added to the disappointment, resulting in an overwhelmingly sour experience. I left feeling both hungry and disheartened.

The restaurant is truly lovely and spotless, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I have to commend Taya (apologies if I've misspelled her name). She went above and beyond in her service—she was incredibly kind, very polite, and attentive to the guests. She even stopped by to check on how the food was, and noticed that I had picked the mushrooms out of my entree (which was my oversight for not asking about the ingredients). She graciously offered to have another dish made for me, which really wasn’t necessary, but I genuinely appreciated the gesture! Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The food here is mediocre and significantly overpriced for what you receive. $8 for just a cup of noodles, two mushrooms, and a few spinach leaves is simply not worth it. We can find much better options at the same price, and we certainly will in the future. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling, with staff seeming indifferent to the dirty conditions, broken tables, and a lack of the sodas we wanted. The trash cans looked more suited to a janitorial service than a restaurant. Given how the place was maintained, I was shocked, especially for this neighborhood. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this location or any others.

Worst experience ever! I got the Japanese pan noodles and they were totally over cooked. Waited over 15 minutes to get my food. Noodles were falling apart they were cooked so much. Not worth the $12 at all, I really want a refund!!!
