I want to express my appreciation for Emma, the manager, who is an excellent team leader. I'm grateful to her and all the staff for their dedication to providing proper and safe service to both customers and employees—making that a top priority. I really enjoyed the delicious omelette made with egg whites and vegetables. Keep up the great work!

I had a really unpleasant experience at the drive-thru with an older lady (I believe her name is Chetna). When I asked to pay with Apple Pay, I forgot that I needed to scan my Dunkin' app first. When I mentioned that I needed to use my app, she slammed her scanner down and yelled at me, "YOU TOLD ME YOU WERE DOING APPLE PAY!?" Then, she scoffed and ignored me when I said thank you. It was honestly the rudest interaction I've ever had. I don't plan on returning.

The older woman at the drive-thru window is consistently rude. She lacks customer service skills, and it's clear that she doesn't enjoy her job based on how she interacts with customers. It's really not worth stopping here when there are three other Dunkin' locations on my way to work.

Fantastic location with ample seating both indoors and outdoors! I was craving ice cream while my husband wanted coffee, and this place was ideal for satisfying both our wishes!
