Dunkin' - Skokie

Rude and dirty morning workers. never comes back while they serve my coffee. disgusting people, especially the woman in register. Steer!

I find this dunkin significantly more efficient than any other dunkin in the opposite. I also have a certain order due to a nutritional restriction and they have never got it wrong, which can certainly not be said for most other places

The people here are extremely rude, classic and dirty. besides the dirty look they give them, especially the Indian woman who is there weekday morning, they have an attitude. if they hate their job, they do something about it! Do not take it on customers who are only there to buy something. it takes more energy to be rude than to do with a smile. I never come back here while these people work there. I will also spread the word! awful people on weekday mornings.

There were some homeless people trying to sit inside the restaurant without buying a drink- but the manager kicked them out. Other than that, the service was excellent ?

I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ I’ve been there twice in a row and they have gotten my order wrong every time. At least my drink order wrong. There’s probably some lack of communication between the cashier that takes the order and the employees that make the order…. Just my thought.
