Chipotle Mexican Grill - Skokie

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The portion sizes were generous, and the food came out quickly and was delicious. I definitely plan to return in the future. Although the chips didn't quite meet my expectations and they occasionally forget to include lime juice, it's not a major issue. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant and their serious approach to pandemic safety measures, which really enhanced my overall experience—unlike some places that seem to treat it lightly.

I absolutely adore this restaurant, but this particular location wasn't ideal. It was quite busy, and they ended up getting my order wrong.

I do have two minor concerns: first, it can be quite difficult to reach someone by phone at this location, and second, the tacos tend to get a little soggy during delivery. It might be a good idea to request the salsa on the side instead of having it poured on top for delivery. Nonetheless, I highly recommend everything here—especially the tacos and guacamole—at this Mexican spot. Thank you, Chipotle, for a fantastic meal!

The food and service at Chipotle are fantastic, but I do have one issue with the app. When you try to place a delivery order, the estimated delivery time isn't always accurate, and that can be a bit frustrating.

Here's the worst experience I've had. I can't place a pickup order! The children's quesadilla came with two types of rice and no beans! What were they thinking?
