Firstly, service was extremelyyyyy slow. There was only 1 worker which is fine but it was frustrating that she didn?t even seem to care to hurry to clear out the customers and satisfy their orders. Even when she had to go in the back for something, she took her dead time walking while everyone was staring and thinking the same thing. Thankfully my order was right but the woman before us had her order re made and still asked for a refund in the end, leaving without her drinks. Lastly the boba ran out and she was giving everyone like 5 bobas in each cup which is ridiculous ?

First time visiting this location and I'm glad Old Orchard finally has a CBT. Don't know what it is about the taste but these guys know how to do it. They were pretty busy at the time and with only 2 employees, wouldn't expect the friendliest customer service but it's the Taro smoothie I crave whenever I'm at a mall with a CBT included. Guessing this venue opened this year or late last year so being brand new to the mall, was kept squeaky clean. Despite the fact that the customer service was maybe a bit below average, I can't resist their Taro smoothie so I'll definitely stop back here the next time I'm in the area.

My first experience with boba in Chicago was wonderful! This charming spot had a very friendly person making the boba. They offered a variety of options, including freshly brewed tea using loose leaves. I tried their Earl Grey cream with boba, and it was absolutely delicious. It's one of the few places I've come across lately where they don't charge extra for boba. The service was great, the drinks were fantastic, and the ambiance was beautiful. I highly recommend this place for boba enthusiasts, tea lovers, or anyone who enjoys sweet beverages!

Great drinks, and great staff. It?s not too expensive, and I can tell it?s amazing by my own experience, and the very long lines that come up. I love their boba flavors as it tastes good and their menu is big. Would come there again if I chose too. :

The area feels nice and modern, staff are great. All orders taken care of nicely, tea was amazing! Was slightly put off by reviews, don't follow the bad ones. Very good, will return!
