Longtime customer here. In my opinion, they have good food in Oliva, but the problem is in the management. First of all, they don't know how to keep the waiters, no one can last even a short time there, so now the boss serves alone. Another thing is the prices. I have been going to Oliva for more than 15 years for grilled squid with roasted vegetables, the price was around 8 9 euros. Then (with the same portion, service, ambience) they started squid and the side dish was calculated separately. In other words, now my order costs there 13.70 euros 4.40 euros, but I can hardly say that the portion is enough to pay for itself. In addition to the fact that the boss (when asked why the supplement is now calculated separately) patronizingly taught me that it has always been like this. Kudos to the chef, but the management...no. Now let's go somewhere else. I don't recommend it anymore, sorry.
