I just had a phone conversation with the boss, which was extremely rude, broke me and eventually put on because she would not recognize her employees' mistakes. never before I have experienced so poor customer service. We ordered food from last night and my sister is milk allergy and therefore asked a vegan version of a dish. I asked the employee who took our order if she was sure that there was no milk in my sister's right, and she said yes. It turned out after butter was in, so the employees should read about which food groups their dishes contain. Of course, there may be errors, but an excuse and refund were at its place. the worst was the boss's unprofessional handling of the problem.
I had a very bad experience with this company. employees do not have control of what they serve. I am milk allergies and therefore always ask for the food I order contains milk, and I was told that it did not. but when I tasted on the right, it tastes clear of butter, which was confirmed by another employee, which actually took time to see in the allergy catalog as I called. When I complained about this, I told that I could not get the money back because I had eaten by the court. (I ate a mouthful, which I spit out, which was enough to hurt in the stomach.) very poor service and no reception of constructive criticism from the boss's side.
Really nice and quick service. The food was served warm and my friends chicken was hot. It was very yummy would recommend and come again. Rigtig fin og hurtig service.
